This place has very fast service and if they have to make you pull off the drive thru and wait they give you a free card which gives you the option to get something free like: small fry, ice cream cone, apple pie and 1 more. The staff is usually very nice and friendly. Would recommend 9/10 the only problem i have is the prices... they can get kinda high on some items. Like ice cream cones are up to 1.50$ now.

As an employee of Mc Donald's I understand that prices could be high. A 10 piece nugget and a buffalo bacon signature crafted sandwich was $12, but with minimum wage at $9/hour there isn't much to do about it. But I didn't become a local guide to talk about the minimum wage in Maine and how it causes prices to rise. Besides I got it free anyways because it's the holiday season. Me and a friend got some food. Both got large fries and drinks. She got 10 chicken nuggets and I got the aforementioned Buffalo bacon sandwich. The nuggets were really good. I prefer them to my own store. The fries where a nice dark shade of gold but the taste wasn't as good as I'd like. They tasted a little older than they should. The staff here was suoer friendly though which is something I find very important, and the wait time was only a couple minutes. As for my buffalo sandwich, there was some lettuce in the bottom of the box, which usually happens anyways but I think close to a quarter of the lettuce I got was sitting at the bottom of the box, not on my sandwich. But nothing too bad. There also could have been more blue cheese and buffalo sauce on it. The chicken was really good though. Overall I give the sandwich a 4/5. Fries get a 2.7. Chicken nuggets get a 4.5 and something worth mentioning is that, unlike Farmington, Jay still has the fantastic Hi-C which gets a 5/5. I am certain this is not my last visit to this store. All went well. Thank goodness they charged me for my extra BBQ sauce like it comes out of their pay. 3 sauces isn't enough for a 20 piece nuggies.

It's McDonald's. Solid fry game (hot and salty) nothing to complain about. Service is usually fast. You can tell who has passion and who just wants to move you along in line (not in a rude way). Which it totally acceptable, in my opinion for fast food. It's just fast food. It's warm. I was hungry, but now I'm not.

I don't often go into fast food restaurants, but we had just gotten back from a long afternoon at a friend's and it seemed like a good idea since we have hungry little kids. The inside was actually quite nice! I know sometimes fast food places get overlooked because of stereotypes, but my family had a very pleasant experience there. We ordered through the app ahead of time, which was very convenient and offered discounts. The food was freshly made and tasted good. The workers were nice as well and they brought it directly to our table. Definitely keeping this place on the list for easy evening meals with a family.

Friendly and fun staff. Go way out of their way to help customers have a great experience. One of the better McDs I’ve been to in New England.

I'll be honest, ordering at night there has been subpar for years. However, tonight we had a $45 order with many special orders. Everything was correct, fast and the drive thru worker was one of the most pleasant workers I've ever dealt with there.

Things have improved alot at this location. I had an incorrect order today - did not receive my fries with my order. However, I went in to get my fries and Chantelle gave me a fresh order of fries without question. Otherwise, my food was fresh and hot, and served quickly at the drive through. This is one of the best McDonalds in the area. Highly recommend.
